1. Purpose

This Privacy Policy explains how N Rewards collects, uses, stores and discloses personal information in connection with our member, merchant, loyalty, offers and support services.

We may collect contact and account information, member and merchant account information, transaction and loyalty records, offer and redemption records, support communications, device and technical information reasonably necessary to operate and secure the service.

3. How we use information

We use personal information to provide N Rewards services; identify members; process merchant-specific points, offers and transaction records; provide support; protect against fraud or misuse; comply with legal obligations; and improve our services.

4. Merchant information and separation

Participating merchants should only access information reasonably related to their own merchant relationship. We do not intend to provide merchants with a platform-wide member contact list or another merchant’s points and transaction data.

We may disclose information to service providers that help us operate N Rewards, where reasonably necessary and subject to appropriate safeguards, or where required or permitted by law.

We take reasonable steps to protect information. We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for service delivery, records, disputes, fraud prevention, accounting or legal obligations.
